Through our Academy programme, we train aspiring scouts to perform at the highest level — providing them with the knowledge, tools, and network to build a career in the football industry.

This platform is where our Academy scouts showcase their work. Each scout builds a professional profile and publishes player analyses, tactical reports, and scouting insights.
